Gina Cabral is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career at a Big 4 Accounting firm where she served a variety of domestic and international clients, including both public companies and privately held organizations. During her thirteen-year tenure, she specialized in audits of companies in the real estate, construction, and hospitality industries.

Currently, Gina leads the Corporate Accounting and Finance departments for ARK Homes For Rent. She has a very hands-on approach and works closely with the company’s executive team in executing the strategic initiatives of the company. She also has a wide variety of reporting experience including working closely with investors, lenders, builder partners and regulators to provide each the information they need. Gina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami. She is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
