Debbie Chatman joined the Landmark family in 2008. Debbie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations. She has 19 years’ experience with expertise in all variables of multi-family real estate ranging from property management, acquisitions and multi-million dollar renovations. She has an intimate understanding of how the industry has changed over the last 20 years and to what degree those changes impact day-to-day operations.

Debbie holds several National apartment association designations and serves on numerous regional committees. As well as her BA in Psychology from The University of Texas.
