Hale McNinch joins us with over 20 years in the multifamily industry. Hale serves as the Chief Reven Officer. In this position, Hale is responsible for revenue management of the entire American Landmark portfolio. Prior to his role at American Landmark, he served as the Vice President of Revenue Management for Bell Partners for many years. Hale started his career at Archstone Communities in a leasing role and advanced through many roles during his tenure at Archstone.
